My eyeliner tattoo is a natural effect. I can do a soft wing if anatomy allows. I layer a dark brown with a warm black on top to ensure it heals true to tone and soft and Smokey. I shade through the lash line to darken and add “fullness” to the lashes. Please note lash extensions must be removed prior to any liner tattooing.
