My name is Libby. "As an Old Timer of the beauty industry, I am no stranger to the fact that feeling beautiful means something different to everyone. To some it's a fresh hair color, to some it's restoring a youthful look, to some it's simply taking some time to relax. In my studio I want to create a space where your service is more than that, it is an experience that can be tailored to your definition of feeling beautiful I will also help you create your own at home rituals to keep you feeling your best between each visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and sometimes things are out of our control. I understand completely but out of respect for my time and other clients time my cancellation policy is as follows : A CARD MUST BE KEPT ON FILE FOR ALL SERVICES A credit or debit card on file, is required to book your appointment. You cannot transfer your CANCELLATION fee to another date or time. Your card on file will be charged 30% of your total service. CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF YOUR SERVICE BOOKED. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, your card will be charged. IF YOU NO SHOW TO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE / TIME BOOKED.
